We are delighted to have been selected as a 'Top Tier Supplier of staff' to recruit on behalf of our Client - a very well respected Mental Health organisation, for a permanent Project Worker, within a floating support team, in Belfast.
This role will provide support to mental health clients within their own homes. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. You will need a full driving licence and access to a car to carry out the duties of this post.

This is a mental health setting for people at risk or recovering from mental illness, so that they are enabled to live full and independent lives within the community.
Brief Purpose:
Assist in the maintenance of a therapeutic project in accordance with the professional and administrative policies, taking special responsibility for allocated clients.
The project aims to provide a participative environment enabling the client to gain increasing independence and to develop their full potential.
Work Related Experience required:
6 months experience working with people with severe and enduring mental illness or 6 months experience working with people with a learning disability
6 months residential work experience
Experience of Lone Working
Qualifications (1, 2 OR 3):
1) A Psychiatric Nursing Qualification as recognised by The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) OR
2) A Social Care Qualification as recognised by the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) i.e. Social Work Qualified or NVQ Level 3 in Care OR
3) An Allied Health Professional as recognised by the Health Professional Council (HPC) working in Mental Health i.e. Art Therapist or Occupational Therapist or Psychology Degree (as recognised by the British Psychology Society, BPS)
You must also be registered or have completed registration with either of the 3 regulated bodies before commencing employment - NMC, NISCC or HCPC.
