Qualified Social Worker - Memory Team

On behalf of our client we are recruiting for a Band 5 or Band 6 Social Worker for the Memory Service in Portadown. You will be part of a team of specialist staff working in the specialism of dementia care.

Criteria:

1. Have a Degree/ Diploma or equivalent in Social Work

2. Be registered or be eligible for registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council

3. Have a full current driving licence and access to a car.
